Leadership

Mark Neville, founder of Neville Sales Coaching, has over 40 years of leadership in sales, marketing, and new business development across pharmaceuticals, capital equipment, pharmaceutical HUB services, and specialty pharmacies.

Mark’s successful sales career was due to the loyalty he built with his sales teams, colleagues, and customers. By understanding the customer’s universe, he navigated the customer through the selling process in a way that benefited all parties. Serving as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Oncology, Mark helped a regional specialty pharmacy (SP) become the largest independently-owned SP in the United States growing sales from $20 million to $1 billion in six years. Prior to building out the SP, Mark designed and executed business plans that achieved number 1 ranking in the United States with numerous large pharmaceutical companies.
